Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within Maharashtra

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

• ₹70 delivery charge for orders below ₹1,499
• Free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 and above (all over Maharashtra)
• Free delivery for pincodes 400001, 400002, 400004, and 400020 (any order value)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only within Maharashtra. Orders outside Maharashtra cannot be fulfilled. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
