3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. If payment fails or is incomplete, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or natural calamities.

5. Returns & Replacements

We offer replacement within 1–2 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, expired & incorrect product
• The product is tampered with or not as described.
• A complete uncut 360° unboxing video must be recorded.

You must notify us via email at info@vishramcashewnuts.com within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
• For urgent cancellations, please email us at info@vishramcashewnuts.com with your order ID.

7. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of this website without express written permission from us.
